MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – March 18 , 2013 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine

Michael Sullivan
Michael Sullivan presented the Selectboard with a quote of $9,900 plus a delivery fee of $500 for a skid tank that is being purchased with grant monies. Michael requested authorization to shift $500 within line items of the Fire Department’s current budget. Authorization granted.
Received a written quote from Dejan Enterprises for the interior painting of the Town Hall, $1,550.00 and an additional $275 for each door. The Buildings and Grounds budget will be reviewed to determine if there are available funds.
The Chair from the Conservation Commission will be requested to meet with the Selectmen to discuss their 2014 budget.
